Our Industry Development Team has successfully brought a world-leading
supply chain software company to Japan from Sweden.
Our team enabled Syncron International AB to sign its first client in Japan in the first 6 months and created a multimillion Euro Japan business in
the first year.
Through dedicated consulting sales and deep understanding of the customer's requirements, we sold Syncron's order management product to Komatsu, a Global TOP 5 Mining Equipment Manufacturer, for their service parts business worldwide.
Working with the Swedish software firm, our team performed business negotiations and contract preparation, translation, office operations, a pre-contract study project ending in contract signing and very intense project management and consulting within a massive multi-vendor project.
